The job:
We're looking for a rockstar Sr. Media Buyer with a proven track record managing and scaling eCommerce accounts on Facebook Ads and additional paid media channel (Google, YouTube OR TikTok). We are specifically looking to develop in-house leaders to join our growing team.
As our Sr. Media Buyer, you’ll be responsible for managing some of our clients’ paid media accounts, building and optimizing ad campaigns from strategy to execution, and ultimately scaling your accounts with an eye on profitability, customer acquisition cost, and client KPIs. You’ll be working independently and work closely with our Lead Strategist, our Facebook Ads Specialist, and our Operations Manager on select accounts. We also work and brainstorm as a team to craft and deliver the best and most cost-effective paid media solutions for Remotely’s clients.
If you’re our ideal candidate
You get a kick out of eCommerce strategy and high performance, have a clear understanding of eCommerce KPIs and marketing principles, and you’ve been successfully running Facebook ads (plus other paid media) pre and post iOS14. You can write copy on the fly and you know exactly how to structure a funnel with a custom strategy.
What you’ll (be excited to) do:
Audit client accounts and develop a clear roadmap for success.
Strategize and map advertising funnels with a custom approach to assigned brands.
Plan and execute funnel, targeting, and campaign strategy for Facebook ads and other paid media platform.
Advise client on creative direction and ad strategy.
Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns for assigned accounts.
Set up and manage Facebook pixel and tracking, product catalogs, UTMs and make sure all Business Manager / Ad Manager assets are set up optimally.
Develop ad copy and ad design within Facebook formats based on creative provided by the client.
Update creative and ad copy, roll out new campaigns based on frequency, seasonality, product launches, and available inventory while maximizing performance and minimizing ad fatigue.
Maintain a constant focus on key client metrics and fluctuations (AOV, CPA, CVR, etc) to identify red flags and opportunities within target KPIs
Perform daily, weekly and monthly tasks to analyze/optimize campaigns and maximize adjusted ROAS and MER.
Run split tests to assess the viability of audiences, ad copy, and creative.
Communicate with clients via weekly calls, Slack, and Project Management system (Monday)
Work with client and team on spend and performance yearly, quarterly, and monthly projections.
Report on campaign performance, create reports within Facebook Ads Reporting and bi-weekly performance highlights.
To be considered you must check these boxes:
Able to work during US time zones.
Minimum 3 year experience working in paid media.
Experience and proven track record managing multiple Facebook Ad accounts between $20K-$200K+ monthly spend.
Experience working with eCommerce niche is a MUST.
Experience and proven track record managing one additional paid media platform (Google Ads, Youtube OR TikTok)

Agency experience is a plus, not required.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
No need to be a professional copywriter, but you can still write copy on the fly.
You have a desire to succeed with our clients and deliver quality work that can proudly represent them.
You have a thing for strategic thinking and looking at the big picture.
You’re accountable, able to work independently and as a team.
You’re willing to follow internal systems and processes and improve upon them over time.
You have an understanding of Google Analytics and attribution models post iOS14 across the eCommerce ecosystem.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
