We are builders.
We are builders.
You must question what you know about your business and your customer. How much do your customers buy? When, what, how, how often—and why? Deconstruct it, optimize it. Data-driven is the only way: truly understanding key metrics unlocks sustainable, profitable growth.
As digital marketers and creatives, we work together to elevate brands, develop stories, create digitally and globally.
We build strategies and funnels; we work remotely; we live connected, but space is relative. In a time when people are divided, we want to connect, and across time zones, we seek unique perspectives and ways of life.
Innovation, discovery, personal growth and diversity bring us together.
Digitally and not. Across disciplines and cultures; across countries and languages; bringing together creative minds, innovators and free spirits.
Share knowledge, ask opinions, inspire other content creators, entrepreneurs and anyone who wants to connect.
Clever because it's innovative and fun; effective because it's strategic and delivers results; meaningful because it has heart and talks to people. Of course, beautiful too.
Unleash artistic expression, know-how, great ideas. Location is relative, work is remote(ly).
Why would we let location limit us? We can collaborate with the most capable, diverse minds in the world. The question is: why not?
Let's not be sheep. There are a million ways to develop concepts and sell products. While it's important to keep an eye on the competition, we believe in independent thinking and innovation. We know a few tricks to push brands forward in the digital space, but we never stop learning.
We embrace professional work as an ethical habit, rather than a mask to hide our individuality, creativity and critical thinking. Let's get real and not take ourselves too seriously.

She has directed digital campaigns for a $40M top beauty brand during its expansion to Target stores nationwide; has generated over $1M in Equity Crowdfunding investments for a Mezcal company; has scaled eCommerce revenue for the largest independent bath & body retailer in the U.S.; has directed paid social campaigns and strategy that doubled Shopify sales with 50% ROAS increase, for the eCommerce division of one of the largest headwear companies in the world.
From the South of Italy to Milan, Miami, Mexico, New York and finally Los Angeles. These are the places I’ve lived in, so many more are the places I’ve traveled to. When 15 years ago I moved to the U.S., it felt like another of my travel adventures. I was born and raised in a 500,000 people town in the southern part of Italy, which was always inspiring but felt too small for my big dreams. A city in the heel of boot, where everything is about the food you eat, long lunch breaks and the family you surround yourself with. Those stayed with me, but I was hungry for more.
It took me years to find my flow and build the community I’m so incredibly lucky to be part of. I didn’t even build the community. I stumbled upon a good one (through a Facebook Ad!) and expanded from there, one relationship at a time.
I've helped start-ups, agency teams and countless eCommerce entrepreneurs further advance their businesses, marketing strategies and results. All across multiple time zones.
I never miss an opportunity to keep learning, get my hands dirty with omni-channel marketing strategies and seek a deep connection with the people I work with.
